Training Programs

One of the reasons we started Fitgeek was to help athletes accomplish their goals. Participating in running and triathlon has changed our lives and we hope to instill that same passion in you. We started out as most people do -- as beginners seeking to learn a new sport, hoping to get in shape, and wanting to accomplish something great.

We are creating an assortment of free training plans for various endurance events and skill levels. We will continue to add to this list. We know that taking on an endurance sport is challenging. But through our training plans, we hope to make sports like running suck just a little bit less.

We recommend that you consult a physician before taking on any training regimen of the nature called for in these plans.
